Aeroflot is the flag carrier of Russian Federation and a member of SkyTeam. While it is a different company today, it inherited its name and IATA code (SU) from Soviet Union National airline with the same name. It is based out of Moscow Sheremetyevo airport from which they operate almost all of their schedule. Their flights are primarily operated by Boeing and Airbus aircrafts with a few new Russian aircrafts now being introduced.

Aeroflot offers 3 classes of service - Economy, Comfort and Business. Aeroflot's Comfort Class is a usual premium-economy cabin. It is available on long-haul Boeing 777 aircraft. Long flights have flat-bed seats in Business class.
