My problem is that I was a Latam frequent flyer many years ago. But I have a different email address, different cell number and a different residential address.
Hard as I try, I have been unable to re-enter the program without any of this information.
I am Australian but a permanent resident of Chile. I do want to rejoin. Could you please tell me the process?
Thanks
